Who we are and what this policy covers
PezuAI is an AI video creation service that turns text prompts and reference media into videos. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the website, sign in, upload material, generate content, make purchases, or contact us. The homepage, this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Content Policy and Reporting page are available without signing in.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact support@pezuai.com. You do not need an account to contact us.
Information we collect
- Account and authentication information: your name, email address, profile image when available, account identifiers, sign-in provider, and session records. Email-and-password authentication stores a securely hashed password, not a readable password.
- Google sign-in information: when you choose Google sign-in, we receive a Google account identifier and basic profile information, including your name, email address, email verification status, and profile image when supplied. Our authentication system can store provider account identifiers, OAuth tokens, and token expiry information returned during sign-in. We never receive your Google password.
- Creative inputs and outputs: submitted prompts; uploaded or linked reference images, audio, or video; generation parameters; provider task identifiers; generated images or videos and their file URLs; and task status or error information. These records support processing and your creation history.
- Transactions: selected plans, orders, payment status, subscriptions, and credit grants or usage. Payment providers handle payment credentials; the application does not store full payment card numbers.
- Support and reports: contact details, messages, content URLs or task identifiers, and other information you supply in a ticket, privacy request, or abuse report.
- Technical information: IP addresses, language and referral information, browser request information, and operational or security logs. Cookies and browser storage support authentication, language, theme, and other preferences. If analytics, advertising, or customer support integrations are enabled, those providers may also process device and interaction information under their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain accounts and sessions, process generation requests, show creation history, manage credits and subscriptions, deliver purchased features, respond to requests, investigate abuse, and secure the service. Optional analytics help us understand website usage when enabled.
Google user data
Google sign-in is used for account identification and authentication. It is not an authorization to read your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts, or calendar; our Google sign-in integration does not request access to those services.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train AI models. The generation workflow sends creative inputs and settings to the selected AI provider; it does not send your Google OAuth tokens or Google account profile to that provider. We do not disclose those tokens to other users.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
AI processing, storage, and file links
To fulfill generation requests, we send prompts, selected parameters, and necessary reference media or their URLs to the configured AI service. Supported integrations include Fal, Replicate, and a configured gRouter gateway. A gateway can forward requests to its model services. AI providers process that material under their own terms and privacy policies. For information about the provider used for your task and its data practices, contact us with the task identifier. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with that processing.
When object storage is configured, uploaded reference files and some generated files are saved there; other outputs may remain at AI provider URLs. Uploaded and generated file links can be publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. A file link is not protected by the login required to view your creation history. Do not upload identification documents, intimate imagery, or material that requires private storage.
Your account's creation history is restricted to your account and authorized administration. It is separate from the website's curated public examples. Sharing a file URL can nevertheless give others access to the file.
When we share information
We share information needed to operate the service with infrastructure and storage providers, AI processing providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and enabled email, analytics, advertising, or customer support services. For example, AI providers receive creative inputs, payment providers process checkout, and email providers may deliver account messages. Disclosures depend on the features used and integrations enabled.
Authorized operators may access necessary records to resolve requests, investigate abuse, maintain the service, or fulfill deletion requests. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process information outside your country. Their policies explain their processing practices, including any independent use they make of information.
Retention and deletion
Account information, authentication records, generation history, uploaded files, and generated content are retained as needed to provide your account and its features, unless you request deletion or a provider removes a file. The application currently has no fixed automatic deletion schedule for uploaded media or completed creations. Provider-hosted links can expire independently, so download files you want to keep.
To request access, correction, an export, deletion of an account or particular files, or an explanation of retention for your data, email support@pezuai.com. Identify the account email and relevant task IDs or file URLs. We may verify your control of the account. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment credentials, or copies of intimate content.
Deletion requests are handled manually. We remove data under our control as appropriate and coordinate with providers where needed. Financial, security, fraud prevention, or legal records may need to be retained; backups and provider copies can follow separate retention cycles. We will explain material limitations relevant to your request.
Google connection and your choices
You can review and revoke the application's Google connection in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation stops future access through that connection, but does not itself delete information already held by the application, cancel a subscription, or remove uploaded files. Contact us separately for those requests. Do not revoke your only sign-in method before arranging how to access your account.
You can manage cookies in your browser, though blocking essential cookies may prevent features from working. You may have additional privacy rights under the laws applicable to you; contact us to exercise them.
Security and safety
The production website uses HTTPS and restricts access to account and administration functions. No online service is completely secure, and public media URLs have the limitations described above. This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Do not submit children's personal information or sexual content. To report harmful content or a privacy violation, use our public reporting instructions.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when practices change and display the revision date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Privacy requests and questions can be sent to support@pezuai.com.
