Terms of Service

The service and your agreement

PezuAI provides AI video creation from text prompts and reference media, for lawful creative projects, product demonstrations, and social media content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable; review them before use. The service is not designed or offered for pornography, sexual exploitation, or the creation or distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery.

Using the service means agreeing to these terms, our Content Policy and Reporting rules, and applicable model service rules. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You must be at least 18 to use generation features. You may browse the homepage and policy pages without an account.

Accounts and Google sign-in

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if your account is compromised. Google sign-in authenticates your account; it does not authorize access to Gmail, Drive, Photos, contacts, or calendar. Request account closure through support@pezuai.com. Deleting an account, revoking Google access, and canceling a subscription are separate actions; specify what you need.

Your inputs, consent, and responsibility

Only submit material you have the right to use and send to the AI providers processing it. When real people appear, obtain the permissions necessary for the intended use of their likeness, voice, and personal information. Owning a photo or finding one online does not mean the person depicted consents to every use.

You retain rights in your original material and authorize processing, transfer, and storage necessary to fulfill your requests and operate the service. Output rights and permitted uses depend on model provider terms and applicable law; we do not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, or freedom from third-party rights. Review and lawfully use outputs.

Prohibited uses

You must not:

• Create, request, upload, alter, share, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, nudification, or simulated undressing of real people.
• Generate or distribute pornography, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or any sexualized depiction of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
• Impersonate people for deception, harassment, extortion, or fraud; infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Bypass content controls or provider safety restrictions, abuse accounts, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.
• Submit unlawful or harmful material through prompts, reference files, outputs, or support tools. Neutral text does not make a prohibited reference file acceptable.

These restrictions apply to every sign-in method. Google APIs and Google sign-in must not facilitate prohibited content. See the Content Policy.

Content controls and reports

We block certain clearly abusive text prompt patterns before creating paid tasks. Model providers may also reject requests. These controls do not detect every unsafe input, inspect every uploaded file, or establish consent. They do not relieve you of these obligations.

Anyone, including people without an account, can report abuse or request a review through support@pezuai.com. See the reporting instructions. Reports are reviewed manually; we may reject requests, restrict access, remove material we control, or contact providers about confirmed abuse. Do not attach intimate imagery.

Files and availability

Reference media and outputs may be held by configured storage or AI providers. File URLs can be publicly accessible to anyone with a link even when creation history requires login. Do not upload material requiring private storage. Provider links may expire; download work you want to keep. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, model availability, or permanent file storage.

Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Checkout and selected plans describe prices, billing periods, credits, and limits. Generation uses credits shown in the interface; failures follow the task and credit rules. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory legal rights. Cancel through available billing controls or contact us for help; revoking Google access alone does not cancel billing.

Restrictions and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Records needed for billing, abuse investigations, security, or legal obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or legal status of AI outputs. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service and terms may change; the revision date is shown above and material changes may also be communicated through the service.
